Egg Avocado Salad Sandwich
2 hard boiled free range eggs (1 whole and 1 white only)
1/2 avocado
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Dash of garlic powder
Himalayan pink salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
Slivered almonds (optional)
Mash
 together all ingredients and serve on whole wheat bread with spring mix
  or in a whole wheat pita with sprouts and sliced roma tomato.
